1. Información de cuenta
Aquí encontrarás todos los detalles importantes sobre tu cuenta. Siempre que te comuniques con nosotros, necesitaremos tu número de cuenta completo, incluido el número que aparece después del guion. El ESI ID es el identificador de tu servicio de electricidad. Este número es exclusivo de tu medidor. Si tienes más de un ESI ID, cada uno tendrá su propia página dentro de la factura.
2. Resumen de la factura
¡Ve esto primero! Esta es la sección más importante, en la que se indican los pagos anteriores y la cantidad actual adeudada, menos los créditos que hayas obtenido. Admitámoslo, a nadie le gusta pagar facturas, pero ten en cuenta que estás ayudando al medioambiente con cada pago que haces.

Aquí es donde puedes ver la diferencia que has generado en el medioambiente al elegir a Green Mountain Energy. Cada mes cuenta, así que gracias por hacer tu parte.

La cantidad que consumes influye directamente en lo que pagas. Ve cuánta electricidad consumiste este mes en comparación con el mes pasado y en esta fecha el año pasado. 6. Talonario de pago/Cómo pagar tu factura
Desprende esta sección y devuélvela con tu cheque o giro postal por la cantidad adeudada. También incluye instrucciones sobre cómo pagar tu factura.
7. Dorso: detalle de cargos y créditos

- Identificador del servicio de electricidad: el número exclusivo de tu medidor.
- Dirección de servicio: la dirección de la casa o negocio correspondiente a la factura.
- Periodo de facturación: las fechas que abarca la factura.
- Producto: tu plan de electricidad.
- Número de medidor: el número de identificación exclusivo de tu medidor.
- Lectura actual del medidor: la fecha más reciente en que se leyó tu medidor.
- Lectura previa del medidor: la fecha anterior en que se leyó tu medidor.
- Consumo de kWh: la cantidad de electricidad que consumiste durante este periodo de facturación.
- Días en ciclo: la cantidad de días entre las dos lecturas del medidor.
- Cargo base: un cargo aplicado durante cada ciclo de facturación sin tener en cuenta tu demanda ni tu consumo de energía.
- Cargo por energía: la cantidad de electricidad que consumiste (en kWh), multiplicada por lo que pagas por kWh.
- Reembolso del impuesto sobre ingresos brutos: si vives en una ciudad o pueblo incorporado con más de 1,000 residentes, esta cuota se aplica para recuperar el impuesto sobre ingresos brutos que deben pagar los proveedores minoristas de electricidad.
- Impuesto sobre ventas: la cantidad del impuesto sobre ventas de tu estado.
- Saldo anterior: la cantidad de tu factura anterior.
- Pago: el pago más reciente que hemos recibido.
- Saldo pendiente: la diferencia entre el “Saldo anterior” y el “Pago”. Este es el saldo que hay que pagar de inmediato (no cuando se venza la factura actual). Sin embargo, si pagaste esta cantidad después de que se generara la factura, seguirá apareciendo en tu factura.
- Monto adeudado: la cantidad que debes actualmente en tu cuenta.
- Precio promedio: el precio promedio que pagaste por la electricidad durante este periodo de facturación.
